By accessing and using the ygn1 platform (www.ygn1.vip), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
ygn1 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Once updates are published on the platform, continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to check our announcements regularly.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to access and use the ygn1 platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform in any way. If ygn1 finds that this requirement has been violated, the account may be closed immediately.
1.2 Accuracy of Personal Information
You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. Accounts opened with false or incomplete information may be suspended or closed by ygn1, and funds in such accounts will not be released.
1.3 One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account on ygn1. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, ygn1 may close all such accounts and void any bonus funds.
1.4 Local Legal Responsibility
ygn1 cannot make any guarantees regarding the laws and restrictions of your location. It is your own responsibility to check whether using this platform complies with the laws of your area.
2. Account Management
2.1 Account Access and Security
When logging in to ygn1, you must access your own account only. Never share your login details (username, password) with anyone. If you suspect a cyber breach or unauthorized access, notify ygn1 immediately.
2.2 Account Suspension
ygn1 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—
- Providing false personal information
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Refusing to cooperate with ID verification
- Harmful or malicious conduct toward others
- Abusing bonuses through improper methods

2.3 Personal Responsibility
Any activity carried out from your account is considered to have been performed by you. ygn1 will not be held responsible for such matters.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposits
Accepted deposit methods on the ygn1 platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks and this applies to all payment methods.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour. ygn1 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal if deemed necessary.
3.3 Payment Responsibility
All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. ygn1's decision is final in any payment-related dispute. ygn1 guarantees that its operations are conducted fairly.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering
ygn1 strictly follows anti-money laundering procedures. If suspicious activity is detected, ygn1 may report it to the relevant authorities and suspend the account during investigation.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
ygn1's first deposit bonus is 150%, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you 50,000 Ks to play with; deposit 280,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you 480,000 Ks to play with.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount—
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 30,000 Ks → wagering requirement 300,000 Ks
- Deposit 280,000 Ks → bonus 200,000 Ks → wagering requirement 2,000,000 Ks
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Cancellations
ygn1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any bonus without prior notice. Players found abusing bonuses will have their bonus cancelled immediately and their account may also be closed.
4.4 VIP and Cashback
ygn1's VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bronze — 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — 0.6%; Gold — 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%. Cashback structure and amounts are subject to change at ygn1's discretion without prior notice.
5. Game Rules
5.1 Fair Game Results
The results of games offered by ygn1 — Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee and others — are generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and ygn1 ensures fair play.
5.2 Technical Errors
If incorrect payouts occur due to software errors or technical issues, ygn1 has the right to correct or void those amounts.
5.3 Unfair Methods
Using bots, manipulating gameplay with software tools, or engaging in collusion — if any such unfair methods are detected, ygn1 will permanently close the account and void any funds obtained.
5.4 Football Betting
When placing football bets on ygn1, you acknowledge that all bets are placed by you personally. ygn1 will not be responsible for any losses related to betting. Players must only bet with a budget they can afford.

6.2 Third-Party Sharing

7. Responsible Gaming

All content on the ygn1 platform — including website design, logos, graphics, and systems — is the property of ygn1. No part may be copied or reproduced in any form without ygn1's permission.
8.2 Service Interruptions
ygn1's service may be interrupted at times due to technical reasons. ygn1 cannot be held responsible for any losses players incur during such periods — however, we will work to restore accessible service as quickly as possible.
8.3 Third-Party Software
The ygn1 platform uses software from third-party game providers. ygn1's liability for any issues related to that software is subject to prior disclosure.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Initial Contact

9.2 ygn1's Decision
If an issue cannot be resolved through initial negotiation with ygn1, the decision of ygn1 management will be final and binding, without affecting the player's other rights.
9.3 Language
If any language ambiguity arises in these terms and conditions, the Myanmar language version will apply, and ygn1's interpretation will be considered accepted.
10. Terms and Conditions Amendments
ygn1 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the platform and take effect immediately. If players continue using the platform after changes are made, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
